These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StackTrack, operated by Princeton Enterprises. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use StackTrack. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimer

StackTrack is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement, hormone, peptide, or medication protocol.

3. App Features and Service Availability

We may update, improve, or modify app features at any time. We may also perform maintenance or make changes needed for security, compliance, and platform stability.

4. Subscription Terms

  • Free tier: basic features are available at no cost.
  • Pro tier: $7.99 per month or $60 per year.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings.
  • Billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple according to App Store terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, or use StackTrack in violation of applicable law.

6. Privacy

Your use of StackTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy at privacy.html.

7. Intellectual Property

StackTrack, including app design, branding, content, and software, is owned by Princeton Enterprises and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

StackTrack is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. Princeton Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from use or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state laws that apply to Princeton Enterprises, without regard to conflict of law principles.
